The Florence Box

Constructed of board, paper, glass and metal beads, and a glass microscope slide.

A small box in the Renaissence revival style, perhaps a coffin for a beloved pet grasshopper. The box has a set of two handles on either end, and so might be carried by a pair of praying mantis pallbearers. Seemingly unused, so Hoppy may be with us yet
