Bound in green embossed lizard paper with insets of papyrus, interior lined with heavy cream paper, and a folder that holds a detachable map (7 1/2" x 4 1/4" unfolded). Enclosed in a 1" wide vellum slipband with a aper title pasted on the spine.

A map of the Nile from Aswan to the Delta, in the 19th century style,  marked with significant cities from the ancient and modern world, and a border of Egyptian lotus. A must-have for a miniature explorer.
